Within my oil and acrylic narrative works, people search for meaning, sometimes in other dimensions, sometimes in other worlds, sometimes symbolically. I tell stories, often laced with religious striving or catharsis. I apply the formal lessons of Abstract Expressionism to representational paintings. Easel painting, the great and ancient alchemy, is the repository of my inspiration.
